Products are usually shipped within 48 business hours. The arrival of parcel will be estimated within 3-7 business days after full payment date depending on courier. Shipping confirmation and tracking will be sent to the contact number provided by the customer during checkout process.

SoleKickz will be NOT responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer mistake. Moreover, lost and stolen parcels will not be responsible by SoleKickz once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the postal service.

NO refund will be granted once payment is made unless products are found defect. Defected items are exchangeable and are to be return within 7 working days. Ensure the items to be returned are in the same condition as you received it. The return shipment cost is to be bore by the customer.
